There are a few things you can do to minimize damage before our crew arrives
- If you see water spreading across a ceiling, you might use a screwdriver to poke a hole and allow the water to drip down into a bucket. This can reduce the water damage area and may also keep water out of light fixtures
- Place buckets to catch dripping water
- Move your furniture away from the water if possible
- Use towels or a mop to sop up excess water on the floor
