Water Damage in Hotel, Norwich CT

Being located in an area with numerous hotel we know that work needs to be done quickly and efficiently. When a local hotel called us in the middle of the night, almost completely booked and with a water leak on the third floor SERVPRO of Norwich and Windham County was on site to help remediate the problem quickly.  Drying equipment was used to dry the carpeting.  Unfortunately a large amount of mold was also discovered behind the wallpaper during our remediation inspection.  The entire wall needed to be removed to the studs and treated with an anti-microbial agent to remedy the problem.
